YOUR DAY
As an Insurance Biller - Front Desk Attendant, you will greet patients as they come in, making them feel welcome. You will help check patients in and out, answer phone calls, texts, and emails, and keep the schedule on track. You will check insurance, help with billing, and sometimes help with social media posts. You will work closely with the rest of the team to make sure patients have a smooth and pleasant visit.
YOUR HOURS
You will work Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM, and a half day on Friday. This schedule helps you have your evenings and weekends free.
INSURANCE BILLER - FRONT DESK ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to be on your feet and active during your shift

Team player who thrives in a structured yet caring environment

Outgoing, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality
Insurance billing and insurance experience is strongly preferred. Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or dental office is also a plus!
