Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Class A Driver to join our dynamic transportation team! As a Class A Driver, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight across various routes. Duties
- Operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across designated routes, adhering strictly to safety regulations and traffic laws
- Drop and hook only
- Drive a variety of specialized trailers including refrigerated units, flatbeds, tankers, container
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, mechanical soundness, and compliance with DOT standards
- Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while managing schedules effectively to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries, providing updates on progress or delays
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating tractor-trailers with manual and automatic transmissions in a commercial setting
- Familiarity with various trailer types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and dry containers
- Twic card required
- Strong knowledge of route driving best practices and safety procedures
- Experience with delivery driver responsibilities including load securing and documentation management
- 2 year's Class A driving experience a minimum

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
