Director
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
Valid NYSED teaching certificate
Experience as Lead Teacher or managing preschool/3K/Pre-K programs
Lead Teacher
Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or enrolled in a Study Plan (NYSED certification in progress)
Experience with 2-3 year-olds
Have a relentless work ethic, punctual, and be patient and caring
Master’s in Early Childhood preferred
Patient, caring, strong communication and classroom management skills
Assistant Teacher
18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent
Early childhood education experience preferred
Able to work collaboratively with staff
Front Desk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Responsible and reliable
Daycare/preschool office experience preferred
