Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment to meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on online order specifications
- Verify items against order sheets for accuracy
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit
- Label packages correctly for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in order picking/packing or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50lbs.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
