Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Gate Greeter to welcome members and visitors to our church every Sunday morning. This role is the first point of contact and helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all arriving members, visitors, and guests with a smile and friendly attitude.
- Open and manage the church gate for vehicles.
- Politely turn away unauthorized entries, including Uber drivers, food delivery pickups, and non-church-related vehicles.
- Answer basic questions and direct people to the main entrance or relevant areas.
- Maintain a neat and presentable appearance while representing the church.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, patient, and welcoming personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Work Hours
- Sundays 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM (4.5 hours)
Pay: $24.00 per hour
