Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Prepare vacant units for move-in (turns/make-ready)
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and local building codes
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment or property maintenance a plus)
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
