Lead Dental Assistant
The Big Picture
We don’t just care for smiles; we care for the people behind them. We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is as passionate about supporting a great team as they are about delivering exceptional patient care.
In our practice, the Lead Assistant is the heartbeat of the clinical floor. You won’t just be managing a checklist; you’ll be leading a tight-knit clinical support team, keeping our daily rhythm smooth, and making sure our patients feel safe, confident, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door. If you love variety, take pride in clinical excellence, and enjoy mentoring others, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do Every Day
Lead by Example: Coordinate and support our assistant team. You’ll be the go-to person for training on everything from sharp four-handed dentistry to mastering our advanced 3D scanners and digital imaging.
Deliver Great Care: Work chairside across a dynamic mix of procedures—ranging from general dentistry and prosthodontics to endodontics and oral surgery.
Keep Things Seamless: Oversee daily clinical flow, ensuring our sterilization protocols, infection control, and aseptic techniques are always flawless. We keep a pristine environment, and you’ll set the standard.
Be a Team Player: Keep the clinical side and the front desk perfectly in sync. Whether you're helping manage patient flow or ensuring our electronic health records (EHR) are accurate and secure, you keep the practice moving beautifully.
What You Bring to the Team
Solid Experience: You have a strong foundation in general dentistry and feel completely at home in a bustling clinic environment.
Clinical Confidence: You are an expert in dental X-rays, radiation safety, and infection control protocols. You know your dental anatomy and terminology inside and out.
A Leadership Mindset: You enjoy lifting others up. You can manage clinical flow and maintain strict HIPAA/confidentiality standards, all while keeping a positive, encouraging attitude.
A People-First Vibe: You are warm, organized, and calm under pressure. You care about the details but never lose sight of the patient experience.
Why You’ll Love It Here
We believe in doing great work with people we genuinely enjoy. We value clinical excellence, but we also value a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your skills and truly own your leadership role.
