Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on Generac generators and related power systems using schematics, electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify issues and implement effective repair solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Must be willing to take Generac specific courses to be come Generac certified.
- Lots of travel and windshield time - occasional overnight stays required
Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in engine repair, electrical work, and equipment troubleshooting
- Familiarity with small engines and electrical diagnostics is highly desirable
- Experience working with schematics, electrical systems,
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Previous experience in automotive repair or heavy equipment maintenance will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service are required to succeed in this role

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
