HVAC Service Technician
We are a small family run company that has been in business 15 years.
We have a steady business flow and looking for well - qualified employees .
Must be articulate, presentable and have a good work ethic.
The minimum qualifications to be considered for this position are:
- You must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- NH Gas Fitters Service License
- Experience servicing HVAC equipment.
- Self Motivated/Take Initiative, Have a "can do" attitude
- Must have a flexible schedule/can work overtime as needed.
- Must have a clean appearance, well groomed.
- Must be able to communicate with customers effectively.
Duties performed in this position include:
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Test and adjust systems to operate correctly.
- Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and identify the corrective action.
- Effectively communicate with the customer the issue and corrective action.
- Efficiently repair the system.
- Effectively document the process and take payments.
- Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance.
- Maintain a clean, stocked and well organized and maintained company vehicle.
- Climb ladders, crawl in attics, work on roof tops etc.
- On Call Rotation nights and weekends.
