■ The Role
We are looking for a General Manager who operates like an owner. This role is responsible for full P&L performance, leading the team, and executing at a high level across all areas of the business. You will work alongside mgmt team to drive sales, control costs, and build a strong, accountable team.
■ What You’ll Do
- Own the business: managing sales, COGS, labor, and operating costs to hit targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (managers + hourly staff)
- Drive a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Optimize labor scheduling and productivity
- Control inventory, purchasing, and food cost
- Execute local marketing and sales-driving initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Report weekly performance and action plans to leadership
■ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience (Korean BBQ, high-volume preferred)
- Proven track record managing P&L and hitting financial targets
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build and hold teams accountable
- Operationally strong: understands labor, food cost, and systems
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Korean food experience preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
