Steamtown Real Estate Closings, LLC is seeking a full-time Title & Closing Coordinator to join our growing title insurance agency in Dunmore, Pennsylvania.
Our company works closely with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple files, coordinating transactions, solving problems, and helping ensure smooth and successful closings.
Responsibilities Include:
- Opening and organizing title and closing files
- Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and municipal offices
- Reviewing title commitments and assisting with title curative matters
- Ordering and tracking payoffs, tax certifications, title searches, and other closing requirements
- Preparing and reviewing closing documents and settlement packages
- Scheduling and coordinating real estate closings
- Communicating with clients regarding transaction status and outstanding requirements
- Managing post-closing tasks and file completion
- Maintaining accurate records within company systems
- Assisting with process improvements and workflow management
Qualifications:
- Experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage lending, settlement services, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Experience with title, closing, lending, or real estate software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys, staff, and industry professionals
Compensation:
- $45,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
