**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers to find the perfect gifts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment
- Accurately handling transactions and managing the cash register
- Assisting with inventory management and keeping shelves stocked
- Assisting floral designers with daily tasks, with the opportunity to learn floral design skills and contribute creatively to arrangements and displays
- Collaborating with team members to elevate the shopping experience
**What We Require:**
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but we value a strong attitude and willingness to learn
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and with a team
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A genuine passion for gifts, home décor, and delivering top-notch service
