Per Diem Hair Restoration Physician

Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG) is seeking an experienced Hair Restoration Physician to join our growing West Palm Beach practice on a per diem basis.
Established in 2016, Barber Surgeons Guild is a boutique hair restoration practice combining advanced medical and surgical hair restoration with an elevated, highly personalized patient experience. With locations in Los Angeles and South Florida, BSG has built its reputation around natural results, thoughtful treatment planning, and concierge-level care.
We are looking for a physician with direct experience performing FUE hair transplantation who is comfortable independently leading surgical days from consultation and hairline design through extraction, recipient-site creation, implantation oversight, and post-operative care.
Responsibilities
- Perform FUE hair transplant procedures in our West Palm Beach location.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical hair restoration plans.
- Design natural, age-appropriate hairlines based on facial anatomy, existing hair characteristics, and anticipated progression of hair loss.
- Perform and oversee donor harvesting, recipient-site creation, graft placement, and other components of the FUE procedure.
- Lead and collaborate with an experienced team of hair transplant surgical technicians.
- Provide appropriate local anesthesia and perioperative patient management.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and ensure patients are medically appropriate for surgery.
- Provide post-operative care, follow-up evaluations, and management of patient concerns.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation.
- Collaborate with the BSG clinical team on comprehensive treatment plans incorporating surgical and non-surgical hair restoration.
- Deliver the highly personalized, discreet and premium patient experience associated with the Barber Surgeons Guild brand.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Board certification or board eligibility in an applicable specialty preferred.
- Prior hands-on FUE hair transplant experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in hairline design, donor management, graft extraction and recipient-site creation.
- Strong understanding of male and female pattern hair loss and medical management of hair loss.
- Experience directing and working alongside hair transplant technicians.
- Excellent procedural skills, clinical judgment and attention to aesthetic detail.
- Strong bedside manner and commitment to an exceptional patient experience.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per day
