Geffen Real Estate, a boutique residential and commercial real estate brokerage, property and construction management firm with offices in Beverly Hills, San Jose, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, Irvine, Riverside and San Diego, has multiple real estate agent positions available. We are growing our team, and are looking for hard-working individuals with a desire to learn and focus on one or more of the following areas: Residential Real Estate, Probate/Trust, REO, Luxury, and/or Commercial Real Estate.
You will be working from your home office, anywhere in California.

Opportunity. Much of our business is dealing with troubled assets, both residential and commercial. There is always Probate and REO business, and when the economy goes bad, there is even more business!
Mentorship & Training. With us, you will have a personal relationship with the broker and team lead. You will have two experienced individuals to guide you, step by step, as you learn the business. We have a formal one-on-one Zoom or phone-based mentoring program, at your pace, and we are always a text away, ready to speak or Zoom with you whenever you have a question.
No Fees. There are no desk fees, monthly fees, annual fees, or any recurring fees. There are also no course fees/training fees. Our only business is brokering deals. We are not in the business of collecting rents from our agents or charging for their continuing education. We only make money when you make money, and so, your success is therefore truly our success.
Open House Opportunities. You are welcome to conduct open houses on any of our listings. This is a great way to gain quick experience in handling buyers and writing, and negotiating offers.
Free Buyer Leads. All of our buyer leads are assigned to those agents on our team who are interested in them. This is another great way to gain experience quickly.
Free Commercial Data. If you are interested in focusing on commercial real estate or both residential and commercial real estate, free commercial owner date is available. It, of course, comes with training and mentorship on how to handle this data.
Desired Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and has a can-do attitude. You must possess excellent verbal communication skills, as well as excellent telephone skills.
No real estate experience is necessary (you must have a current CA real estate license, or be working towards their license).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and market properties.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
- Manage property listings and maintain organized administrative records.
- Assist clients through the probate, trust, REO, and luxury property processes, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
- Leverage multilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele.
Finally
This position is strictly commission-based. We will provide you with a great starting commission split. You must be willing to hang your license with us to get started.
