Dental Hygienist – Private Practice in Irvine, CA - PPO/FFS - 1 hour appts

We are a well-established, patient-centered private dental practice in Irvine, CA seeking a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional patient care while working efficiently in a supportive environment.
Schedule: 2 Fridays and 1 Saturday a month (9am-3pm) with a possibility of adding on Monday and Wednesday (930am -6pm)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
Compensation: Competitive rate based on experience
Start Date: within 1 week
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
Review medical histories and maintain accurate charting
Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient flow
Maintain strict infection-control and sterilization protocols
Build rapport and lasting relationships with patients
Requirements:
Valid California RDH license
Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix preferred, but not required)
