Miller Endodontic Advantage is seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented candidate. This role serves as an essential connection between our patients, clinical team, and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule new and existing patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate treatment consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Confirm appointments and manage scheduling changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with referring dental offices and patients.
Patient Intake & Administrative Support
- Assist patients with completing intake forms, medical histories, and other required documentation.
- Verify patient information and ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Prepare and organize patient charts and documentation.
Financial & Front Desk Responsibilities
- Collect patient payments and process financial transactions.
- Review treatment estimates and patient financial responsibilities.
- Assist with insurance verification and related administrative tasks.
- Balance daily collections and maintain accurate records.
Clinical Support
- Cross-training in infection control, room readiness, and patient flow.
Office Operations
- Ensure daily office tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Contribute to a collaborative and patient-focused culture.
- Help maintain a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Support continuous improvement of office systems and processes.
Qualifications Required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and dental practice management software.
Preferred
- Previous experience in an endodontic, dental, or healthcare practice.
- Experience with patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and payment collection.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
