We are looking for a skilled Senior Assembler who takes pride in quality work, works well in a team environment, and can help lead production builds from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Senior Assembler plays a key role in assembling trailers and modular structures within a team-based production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Our teams build complete units from start to finish, so versatility, teamwork, and problem-solving are critical.
Responsibilities
- Assemble trailers and modular structures according to production drawings and specifications
- Install wall panels, flooring, doors, windows, hardware, electrical components, and finish materials
- Read and interpret basic shop drawings and production documents
- Maintain quality standards throughout the build process
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend practical solutions
- Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and deadlines
- Assist with training and supporting junior assemblers when needed
- Maintain organized and safe work areas
- Identify and communicate material shortages or production concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of assembly, manufacturing, RV, trailer, construction, cabinetry, or modular building experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read tape measures and basic technical drawings
- Experience with electrical, finish carpentry, or modular assembly is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Forklift experience is a plus
