Automotive Parts E-Commerce Specialist (Remote or In-Yard)
We are currently looking to add a full-time Automotive Parts E-Commerce Specialist to our expanding auto recycling and online sales operation. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with solid automotive parts experience who understands how to identify, evaluate, price, and market OEM used parts online.
This is a great fit for someone already working in the automotive field who wants a less physically demanding role while still applying their industry knowledge and experience every day.
The Right Candidate Will Have Experience With:
- Identifying OEM automotive components
- Using eBay sold and active listings for pricing research
- Understanding how condition, color, damage, mileage, and part numbers impact value
- Evaluating shipping costs and profitability on oversized items
- Working between multiple software systems and browser tabs efficiently
- Using Google and Google Images to identify difficult or unknown parts
A strong background in automotive parts sales and pricing is highly important. We are not focused on being the cheapest seller online — we focus on accurate market-based pricing using real sold data, rarity, demand, and overall condition.
This is a performance-driven role with incentive opportunities, meaning strong productivity and quality work can significantly increase earning potential.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and applications
- Experience with automotive parts sales preferred
- Comfortable researching listings and pricing on eBay
- Ability to identify OEM part numbers and vehicle compatibility
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and catalog OEM used auto parts
- Build accurate online listings using proper descriptions and photos
- Research sold market data to establish pricing
- Factor in condition, flaws, color, mileage, and rarity when pricing
- Understand freight/shipping costs and margin impact
- Utilize Google and Google Images for additional research and identification
- Maintain production expectations and listing accuracy
