Duties
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to keep projects running smoothly
- Support paving activities and ensure proper placement of materials for quality finishes
- Help with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including fencing and safety barriers
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Willing to travel
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
- Knowledge of utility locating techniques and safety procedures on construction sites
- Physical stamina to perform demanding labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
- Valid driver’s license a must
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
