Job Title: Video Editor
Reports to: Media Director (with supervision from the USA Senior Editor)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor with advanced expertise in post-production to join our media team. This role focuses on transforming raw footage into polished, high-impact visual content for television and digital platforms, ensuring every project reflects cinematic excellence and clear, compelling storytelling. You will play a critical role in shaping the pace, tone, and emotional impact of our videos, supporting ONE FOR ISRAEL’s mission to engage viewers and amplify our message through broadcast and online channels by delivering consistently excellent, ministry-focused content.
Job Duties
- Editing And Post-Production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Perform advanced video editing to craft compelling narratives from raw footage.
- Utilize color correction and grading to establish mood, visual tone, and consistency across deliverables.
- Handle multi-layered compositions and integrate assets (graphics, footage, sound) into final production-ready outputs.
- Ensure all content adheres to high broadcast-quality standards across all platforms (TV, LED, social media, YouTube, etc.).
· Work closely with producers, directors, and creative teams to understand visual goals and deliver aligned edits.
- Follow brand style guides to ensure consistency across visual content.
- Professionalism & Growth
· Stay current with industry trends and techniques in editing, AI image and video generation, and digital storytelling
· Work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
· Accept and apply constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

· Support the broader mission by being willing to assist with additional tasks, responsibilities, or creative needs as assigned.
· Maintain a flexible, servant-hearted attitude that contributes to the health and success of the team.
· Maintain office hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at our International Partner Relations Office in Grapevine, Texas. This is not a remote job.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing for film, broadcast television, and social media, demonstrating strong visual storytelling abilities.
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
· Professional video editing with strong pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement
· Proficiency in color correction and grading for consistent, cinematic results
· Understanding of preparing assets for large-scale displays and broadcast delivery
· Ability to maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across platforms
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Ability to think “on the fly” and problem solve efficiently
· Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and tools
· Honesty, strong integrity, and a servant-hearted attitude
· Patience and friendliness with people
Nice-to-have Skills
· Experience with broadcast audio mixing and mastering
· Proficiency with iZotope RX plugins for audio cleanup and enhancement
· Proficiency in color grading using DaVinci Resolve
· Motion Graphics Design Experience
Compensation and Benefits:
· Annual salary, based on experience
· Medical benefits under the OFI Self-Funded Plan, and Vision and Dental Coverage.
· Retirement benefits of up to 3% employer match after waiting period.
· US holidays will be set by employer annually in accordance with US law.
· Sick time and Vacation time will be combined into Personal Time Off (PTO) and will be set at 15 paid PTO days for vacation and 5 paid PTO days for sick time. Employee shall have the opportunity to earn one additional PTO day per year of service with a maximum of 20 PTO days total awarded for vacation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
