We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your creativity and expertise in hairstyling will help enhance our clients' beauty and confidence. We are a high volume store and you will earn great commissions and tips.
Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries.
- Foster excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their preferences.
- Engage in retail sales of hair care products, providing recommendations based on client needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling.

Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license is required.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of retail sales practices is preferred, along with an understanding of store management principles.
