Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a
Customer Experience Lead to join their growing team!
Your qualifications for the Customer Experience Lead position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of recent, relevant experience
- Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite, CRM, and ERP
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Benefits you will receive as the Customer Experience Lead:
- $21-$26/hour, depending on experience
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Full-time, hybrid schedule with some flexibility
For the Customer Experience Lead position your duties will include:
- Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Offer solutions that meet customers’ needs
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide updates to customers
- Maintain data and prepare reports
- Work cross-functionally to provide a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Other tasks as assigned
