Picture your morning: coffee in hand, you open the CMMS and scan the day’s work orders. You align critical tasks with technician skill sets and available parts, recast the schedule around a production change, and flag a trend you’ve spotted in last week’s downtime data. By mid-morning you’ve confirmed safety procedures for an electrical PM, met with production to trim changeover delays, and updated inventory to ensure the right spares are on the shelf—no more, no less. In the afternoon, you review maintenance spend against forecast, close out completed work with precise records, and log ideas for the next process improvement sprint.
