We’re hiring a Listing Coordinator who will work closely with our Director of Operations/Listing Manager and real estate agents to implement and expand listings systems and processes, ensure a positive and expectation exceeding customer experience, and maintain/manage the listing pipeline.
- Communicate with agents that have active listings
- Return any unanswered calls as related to listings in a timely manner
- Handle all incoming emails as related to listings
- Maintain organization with a continued listing pipeline cycle
- Respond to all emails in a timely fashion
- Schedule photos, virtual tours, and lockbox dropoff with agents and sellers as necessary
- Write listing descriptions for upcoming listings
- Review listing paperwork accuracy for upcoming listings in Dotloop once filled in
- Input listings as needed using SWIFT for efficiency
- Maintain listings including price drops, edits, withdrawals, etc.
- Ensure Zillow is properly displaying listing information
- Manage ShowingTime including instructions and details
- Create new listing flyers
- Schedule open houses

- Must obtain a Georgia real estate license and maintain status with continued education class attendance
