Fulford Heating and Cooling is looking to hire an HVAC Installer for both New Construction and Change Out Applications, with immediate openings available.
1. 2-3 years experience in residential new construction and change outs preferred.
2. Installation of HVAC units and duct, running drain lines, and venting bath and dryer vents.
3. Must have a valid driver license with clean record.
Benefits package available after 90 day probationary period
*Pay will be based on experience & HVAC knowledge.
Expected hours 40-50 hours each week

Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in HVAC to perform installations, ductwork, and service tasks. Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Perform ductwork installation and modifications as needed for optimal airflow.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into residential projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Physical demands include, but are not limited to, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to use a ladder - Physical Capability: You must be physically comfortable working at heights, often while carrying tools or materials, which requires balance, coordination, and strength. - 3-Point Contact: You must maintain three points of contact (two hands and a foot, or two feet and a hand) at all times while climbing or descending. -* Safety Adherence:* You must follow safety protocols, including inspecting ladders before use, ensuring they are stable, and following weight restrictions.
- Drive to job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient service delivery.
