We help seniors and their families, at NO COST, move into appropriate Senior Living housing. With support from our Registered Nursing team, as a Referral Agent, you will guide them through the process with our unique concierge approach.

Duties
- Community Liaison for multiple community partners such as, Independent Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Adult Foster Homes.
- Accurately Assess and complete in-depth interviews for accurate placement needs.
- Manage/maintain relationships with clients and families ensuring positive and helpful communication.
- Manages emails, faxes, and leads with timeliness and professionalism.
- Responsible for obtaining contractual relationships and maintaining current relationships with senior living facilities.
- Presentations to educate seniors and community leaders.
- Expert use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel & ETTR
- Tour with families and their loved ones in housing referrals in our community.
- For company car use, you must have Valid Driver’s License.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in senior health care, community living, skilled nursing facility or community sales position.
- Must understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Advanced Care Senior Referral Agency.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills plus work independently maintaining all HIPPA and Governing Policies.
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred experience
- 3 years in senior care
- Administrator license of an assisted living, or memory care facility
- LPN or RN

Important Compliance Requirements
In accordance with the Oregon Department of Human Services:
- Must be eligible to register with the Long-Term Care Referral Registry
- Must pass required background checks and Drug Screening
- Must follow all required disclosure rules regarding compensation and referral relationships
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
