Position: Intuitive Eating & Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian, Full Time W2.
Location: Philadelphia, PA (virtual and/or in person) - Must live in Pennsylvania or New Jersey to be eligible for employment.

About Us: Mind Belly Soul Nutrition LLC is a holistic nutrition practice dedicated to promoting intuitive eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), and anti-diet nutrition. We empower individuals to develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies, fostering overall well-being. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in eating disorders, intuitive eating, functional nutrition, and/or experience with PCOS, autoimmune disorders, or GI disorders.
- Practice from an anti-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, weight-neutral lens
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Strong foundation in nutrition counseling skills and motivational interviewing
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Perform nutrition counseling sessions virtually and in person in Philadelphia, PA.
- Conduct nutrition assessments to evaluate clients' needs and goals
- Determine and carry out appropriate nutrition interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Provide compassionate and supportive guidance to clients on their journey towards intuitive eating and recovery from eating disorders
- Facilitate group programs focused on intuitive eating and holistic wellness
- Maintain continuing education in the field of nutrition and eating disorders
Licensures/Certifications:
Registered Dietitian (RD) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Licensed RDN in the state of Pennsylvania
Compensation: (W2) $50/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
