Who We Are
At Everyday Superheroes Wellness Coaching (ESWC), we exist to increase access to quality, culturally responsive mental healthcare for the communities that need it most. We're guided by the Power of WE—Wellness & Equity—and we center soulcare within healthcare, integrating evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT/TIC) with mindfulness and wellness practices that support mind, body, and spirit.
We're a telehealth-first, culturally affirming practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and elder adults across diverse communities. We're building a clinical team equipped to understand and serve the lived experiences of the communities we work with, because access to care shouldn't mean asking clients to adapt to a system that wasn't built with them in mind.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a Mental Health Therapist with experience providing culturally responsive care to historically underserved and diverse communities as part of our broader telehealth practice. You'll provide virtual psychotherapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship or family dynamics, with particular depth in the issues that often surface in this work—racial trauma, identity, generational trauma, and the weight of navigating spaces not built including racial trauma, identity development, intergenerational trauma, and the impact of systemic inequities on mental health.
You'll be paneled under our primary providers and, through them, under our contracted insurance panels—giving you the benefits of private practice without the overhead of running one. Our operations and clinical teams handle claims, marketing, referrals, and scheduling, so you can stay focused on client care.
We're also looking for a particular kind of teammate. Clinical skill matters, but so does how you show up for the team: proactive communication, real collaboration, ownership of your caseload and documentation, openness to feedback, and genuine engagement in case consultations and shared learning. We're building a clinical community, not just staffing a caseload.
We're looking for team members who can offer at least 15+ hours per week, with some evening availability preferred, and who thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Optional weekly virtual clinical consultation/team meetings are typically held Wednesdays at 10:00 AM Eastern.
