Looking to get into the aerospace industry? We're hiring a Sanding & Masking Technician to join a growing FAA-regulated repair team. If you have experience in composites, automotive body work, paint prep, manufacturing, or surface finishing, we'd love to hear from you!
- Sand and prepare aerospace components for repair and finishing
- Mask parts for painting and specialty coatings
- Perform surface preparation using hand and power tools
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and FAA quality standards
- Experience with sanding, masking, paint prep, composites, or automotive body work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
