We currently have openings for a part-time Retail Sales Associate for our rapidly growing fundraising business, Custom Fundraising Solutions of Fort Wayne. Our organization has given back over $5 Million to our local Indiana schools since 2014! This position will offer employment at public weekend retail sales events at area high schools (Saturdays and/or Sundays) up to 40 weekends per year. Job responsibilities include event set up and tear down, greeting and helping customers navigate event space, cashiering, and sales.
Position Requires:
- Individuals who want to work 3+ weekend events per month during the school year to supplement their income.
- Travel to work at different high schools throughout Northeastern Indiana plus the surrounding areas.
- Dependable transportation AND valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to help with Event Showroom Set Up and Tear Down – must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- We Work in High Schools – Must be able to pass background check

Position Experience:
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required (Restaurant servers, or Retail sales including furniture, electronics, automobiles etc.)
- Past or current work experience as a Teacher, Coach, Music Educator or work with Schools Teachers, or Administrators a BIG plus.
Position Details:
- Guaranteed daily pay of $250 per day plus attainable bonuses including fuel allowance.
- Event pay ranges from $250 to $400+per day.
- Wages paid bi-weekly.
- Opportunity for full time advancement and opportunities to work with several other locations in the state available for the right individuals.
