We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Parts Representative for our business to join our team and expand our Parts Department.

Responsibilities:
- Take order for equipment parts by telephone, email, and online
- Log and follow up on quotes/parts inquires
- Assist customers to identify the correct parts
- Process the order(s) in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers if delays occur in receiving part(s)
- Exhibit highly professional customer service attitude
- Actively work with customers to solve problems and follow through to appropriate solutions
- Exhibit professional demeanor in dress, speech, behavior
- Perform assignments as directed by management
- Follow all company safety rules, policies and procedures
- Work and communicate in a team environment with other business groups
Qualifications:
A basic mechanical aptitude is essential; familiarity with component terminology a plus
Minimum of one year parts ordering experience preferred, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with a variety of construction equipment and operating systems, such as hydraulic and electrical systems
- Knowledge of and experience with parts reference sources and materials such as manufacturer manuals, books, internet and the ability to effectively use such materials to ensure correct parts ordering
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry parts weighing up to 75 lbs.
