About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient who receives 10 hours of in-home caregiving support.
The ideal candidate will have experience with complex care needs, excellent communication skills, and a calm, patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend medical appointments with client
- Monitor and report changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition to the supervising family
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support throughout the shift
- Follow established care plans and routines set by medical staff and family
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience
- Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions or requiring continuous support
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor
Schedule & Compensation
- 10-hour shifts (day shift positions available)
- Competitive pay based on experience and certification level
