Job Summary
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive guest experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized front of house area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a quick-service fast-food restaurant or café
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and basic retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
