Palm Casual Patio Furniture of Atlanta is seeking an organized, details-oriented person with strong interpersonal communication skills and a great attitude to join our Kennesaw, GA team as Office Administrator!
The successful candidate will be teachable, eager to learn, well-organized, details-oriented, good with assisting with internal company systems and processes, and possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Moreover, he/she will be passionate about creating meaningful, lasting relationships with customers and guests in a fast-paced retail sales work environment. The successful candidate will highly enjoy: (a) being the primary responsible agent assisting the Store Manager in maintaining, developing, and operating the store location's sales administration in a clean, organized, and well-executed fashion; (b) speaking with clients over e-mail and telephone; and (c) interacting directly with clients on the sales floor, as needed.
The duties of the position will include, though are not limited to:
- Process, organize, and operate all sales-related paperwork for the store location
- Be the primary responsible person who designs, maintains, develops, and operates the store’s back-office administration, under the leadership and guidance of the Store Manager
- Daily answer inbound phone calls and perform outbound phone calls with a positive tone and encouraging attitude
- Help maintain and organize display items in the showroom throughout seasonal changes and new product releases, as needed
- Enthusiastically interact with customers on the sales floor each day with a positive attitude and helpful demeanor, as needed
- Fully understand and explain the company's unique history, policies, and story to customers with excitement, as well as the unique aspects of our manufacturing and repair processes
- Assist with regular cleaning tasks for the showroom and facilities, as needed
- Be able to lift, move, and load outdoor furniture items up to 35 lbs. in weight, as needed
This is a full-time position. The Office Administrator will work approximately 40 hours per week, with the following schedule:
- Monday 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday 10:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday 10:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday 10:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
