Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time
Schedule: Part-time morning shift every Wednesday from 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., with the option to work every other weekend. Additional hours may also be available.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Medical Coordinator, the LPN provides high-quality healthcare services to 48 adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and prescribed medical treatments.

Complete accurate medical documentation and reports.

Perform morning treatments and routine skin checks.

Identify and respond to participant medical concerns.

Answer incoming telephone calls related to medical needs.

Call providers to confirm medical appointments scheduled for the following day.

Communicate effectively with participants, families, healthcare providers, and members of the Parc team.

Follow all applicable nursing, safety, and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
Qualifications

Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Florida.

At least one year of recent nursing experience.

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
