The Service Parts Analyst is responsible for maximizing customer uptime and satisfaction by managing end‑to‑end spare parts order fulfillment and pricing processes utilizing modern digital/automation techniques for efficient B2B business, This role partners closely with customers, suppliers, distributors, sales, marketing, and internal parts teams to ensure accurate spare parts lists, competitive pricing, and reliable inventory availability. Support and manage QR (Quick Response) tag deployment for real time business evolution.
The analyst proactively reviews installations, parts lists, and historical data to anticipate customer needs, recover lost opportunities, and minimize operational and inventory costs while supporting strategic aftermarket goals and digitally/automate data for efficiency.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with customers to validate spare parts lists using digital/AI tools.
- Hold meetings to identify needs, resolve issues, and drive aftermarket growth.
- Act as primary contact for inquiries on pricing, availability, and lead times.
Pricing & Parts Management
- Develop and maintain price lists with vendors and stakeholders.
- Review/update spare parts pricing for competitiveness and digitization.
- Provide Marketing/Sales with installation and parts lists to support growth.
Inventory & Supplier Coordination
- Partner with suppliers to address inventory constraints and improve fulfillment.
- Resolve availability issues quickly with accountability.
- Support cost optimization while ensuring service quality and uptime.
Reporting & Documentation
- Create and digitize KPI‑driven documentation.
- Maintain accurate, consistent digital records of parts, pricing, and customer data.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment environments (preferred).
- Pump industry experience
- At least 2 years of experience using MS Office tools.
- Experience with BAAN or similar ERP systems is a plus.
