Primary Function: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing the Sales Orders for their assigned customer group. The Sales Coordinator serves as the primary internal support resource for assigned customers, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), sales representatives, and related departments. This position is responsible for coordinating the complete sales order process from quotation through shipment, invoice, and project completion while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Process quotes for all assigned customers with regarding to inquiry, and request.

Process quotes, coordinate delivery date, review contracts, answer inquiries, communicate with customers, Reps, RSMs, and parent company.

Maintain knowledge of product availability including changes and updates to the product list.

Process all Purchase and Sales Order forms, PO receipt confirmation, contract review, PO, Sales Order, Receiving, etc., for your customers.

Arrange machine nozzle details, confirmation of custom specification process such as service request, items transfer, etc.

Process all transportation related documents such as custom invoice, SI, packing list, AWB, booking transportation, delivery information, etc.

Closing Process – such as billing invoice including down payment, RMAs. Tracking order status and keeping the customer informed.

Keep abreast of order status updates and notify appropriate parties.

Provide reception call center duties.

Develop a clear understanding of SAP through internal and external training

Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft office products, with advanced level Excel

SAP & Salesforce experience preferred

Minimum of two years supporting sales, customer service or account management.

Experience in a machine sales environment preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required
