We are seeking an energetic and visionary Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program with passion and strategic insight. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the preschool, setting goals aligned with educational best practices and community needs.
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support early childhood development and learning standards.
- Manage staff, supervision, professional development facilitation, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee school administrative functions including budgeting, financial planning, and managing resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and school operations.
- Supervise classroom activities to maintain high-quality instruction, safety protocols, and a positive learning environment for children.
- Collaborate with faculty on instructional leadership initiatives, special education law adherence, and school improvement strategies.
- Oversee personnel management in accordance with employment laws, including staff supervision and faculty evaluation processes.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in school administration or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 education settings.
- Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs.
- Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with fundraising experience.
- Knowledge of educational compliance regulations, including special education law and childhood development standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, personnel supervision, and professional development facilitation.
- Familiarity with school legal knowledge, administrative best practices, and working with diverse student populations.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration.
- Classroom teaching experience in early childhood education or K-12 settings is highly desirable.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
