Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the roofing industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of SYL Roofing Supply's product offerings to position to potential customers.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Customize presentations to address the specific needs of each customer.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking performance and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

- Base Salary + Commission pay

- Day shift - Monday through Friday, Saturday as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
