Are you a hunter in the healthcare staffing world? Do you have a strong network in hospital systems, public health departments, or large medical practices—and the drive to turn connections into contracts?
A national healthcare staffing firm is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand our client base across the country. This fully remote, contract role is ideal for someone who knows the healthcare staffing industry inside and out and thrives on building new partnerships.
Secure new contracts with hospital systems, municipal health agencies, and large group practices
Identify and engage prospective clients across multiple U.S. markets
Leverage existing relationships to accelerate growth
Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to target clients
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing sales (travel nursing, allied, locum tenens, etc.)
Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding goals
A strong existing network within healthcare systems and public health sectors
Self-starter with a hunter mentality—motivated by results
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Length: 3–6 months with the possibility of extension
Location: Fully remote (must be based in the U.S.)
Compensation: $$$ Competitive base + commission
