Full Job Description

Work Location: On the Road – West Valley, Arizona (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale, and Litchfield Park)

Home health skilled nurse to carry out skilled nursing services in the patient’s residence, such as wound care, medication management, IV therapy etc. Pay is per visit/varies.
