Position Summary
We are currently seeking provisionally licensed or associate-level therapists to provide virtual therapy services on a part-time basis in Utah, Georgia, or North Carolina. This position offers flexible scheduling and remote delivery of care through secure telehealth platforms.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are building a caseload while seeking flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual individual, couple, and/or family therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards of practice
- Collaborate with the administrative team regarding scheduling and billing coordination
- Participate in occasional virtual team consultations and supervision support as needed
Qualifications
- Must hold an active associate or provisional license in Utah, Georgia, or North Carolina
- (ACMHC, CSW, or AMFT)
- Eligible to provide telehealth services in Utah, Georgia, or North Carolina
- Current professional liability insurance
- Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries in a virtual setting
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and managing virtual sessions
- Completion of a background check is requiredTechnical Requirements
- Secure, private workspace compliant with confidentiality standards
- Functional computer with webcam and reliable high-speed internet
- Active cell phone for communication and coordination
- Individual NPI number and completed CAQH profile (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience providing therapy or teletherapy services
- Experience working with adolescents, couples, and families
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Compensation
Compensation is based on weekly client hours completed:
- Tier 1: 1–12 client hours/week — $40 per clinical hour
- Tier 2: 13–20 client hours/week — $45 per clinical hour
- Tier 3: 21+ client hours/week — $50 per clinical hour
This is a contractor position with flexible scheduling and the potential for caseload growth over time.
Please note that caseload development may take time initially; however, clinicians will be expected to maintain a minimum caseload once established.
