Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. No ABA experience? No problem—we'll train you!
This is a job where you'll play games, make crafts, get on the floor, lead activities, go on field trips, celebrate BIG little wins, and help kids learn skills that can change their lives.
If you're the person who brings the energy to the room, loves making kids laugh, and gets excited when a child learns something new, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do
- Work one-on-one with children with autism.
- Teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills.
- Lead fun educational activities, games, arts & crafts, and sensory activities.
- Follow individualized lesson plans created by our BCBA team.
- Keep kids safe, engaged, moving, and having FUN!
- Join our kids on monthly field trips.
- Track progress and complete session notes.
- Help keep our center clean and organized.
What You'll Get
- $17/hour for non-certified Behavior Technicians
- $19–$21/hour for certified Behavior Technicians
- Up to $22/hour based on experience and qualifications
- Paid RBT certification training

Your Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
Up to 2 days per week of After Care from 4:30–6:30 PM.

- LOVE working with kids!
- Are energetic, positive, patient, and playful.
- Don't mind getting on the floor and being physically active.
- Can lift at least 40 pounds.
- Have a high school diploma (college experience preferred).
- Have great communication skills.
- Are ready to learn something new and make a difference!
Experience with childcare, education, special education, or ABA is a plus—but NOT required. We provide hands-on training!
