Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic retail team with a heavy emphasis on teaching, executing and holding the sales team accountable to store traffic matrix, (GREETS, SITS, WRITE UPS, CLOSES). In this pivotal role, you will support the store’s sales operations, lead team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will help drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and foster a positive environment. Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and inventory control.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure they meet company standards.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee sales activities, set sales goals, and motivate the team to achieve targets through effective management techniques.
- Utilize lead tracker and CRM systems for tracking leads, activity and reporting transactions accurately.
- Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership management or assistant manager roles within the power sports industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and team performance.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, managing employee orientation, training & development initiatives.
- Proficiency with excel, google docs and CRM systems, inventory management software, and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of sales math for pricing strategies, sales management, budgeting, and operational management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with merchandising, stock control, marketing initiatives, and wireless sales is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
