Wellness & Fitness Operator / Partner Opportunity – Downtown San Jose
Unique opportunity for an experienced fitness, yoga, Pilates, wellness, spa, or hospitality operator to establish and grow a premier wellness destination in Downtown San Jose.
We are renovating a former fitness facility featuring:
- Large studio space suitable for yoga, Pilates, group fitness, personal training, and wellness programming
- Private treatment and therapy rooms for massage, recovery, aesthetics, chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness services
- Wet-area amenities with potential for spa, recovery, and wellness uses
- Full Olympic-size swimming pool
- Prime downtown location with access to affluent residential, business, and professional communities
We are seeking an experienced operator, tenant, management company, or strategic joint-venture partner with a proven track record in fitness, wellness, spa, recovery, or hospitality operations.
Potential structures include:
- Long-term lease/tenant arrangement
- Management agreement
- Revenue-sharing partnership
- Joint venture with growth and expansion opportunities
Ideal candidates will have experience in fitness club management, Pilates or yoga studios, wellness centers, recovery concepts, medical wellness, luxury hospitality, or multi-location operations.
