Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding their insurance policies, including benefits administration and claims assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients.
- Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
- Proficient analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience in sales is advantageous.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles as they relate to insurance products is beneficial.
