The Westmont is looking for experienced, passionate line cooks who take pride in their craft.

The Westmont is a completely reimagined restaurant featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, fresh bakery items, Detroit-style pizza, premium steaks, seafood, handcrafted sandwiches, and specialty coffee. We are building one of the best restaurant teams in New Jersey, and we expect excellence from everyone in the kitchen.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate
- Work efficiently during busy service while remaining calm under pressure
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and the front of house
- Help maintain a positive, professional kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional line cook experience (more is a plus)
- Experience working multiple stations
- Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
