As a Department Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a department within our store. Manage and lead a team of employees in the department, including conducting regular team meetings and providing coaching and feedback

Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are adequately stocked at all times

Create and implement strategies to increase department sales and profitability

Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees, as needed

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business

Conduct regular performance evaluations for department staff and provide recommendations for improvement

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably within the retail industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
