Duties
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Engage children in hands-on activities that support developmental milestones and foster curiosity about their surroundings.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and build strong partnerships centered on child welfare.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each child's developmental progress, behavior patterns, and individualized education plans when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certifications.
