- Provide direct, non-professional nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Support patient/resident rehabilitation, mobility, and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient/resident conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients/residents.
- Follow established care plans, facility policies, and instructions from licensed nurses and physicians.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records as required.
- Must be registered and certified by the state of PA.
- 2 years of experience.
